Kurt Metzger

Kurt Metzger is a recognized specialist on energy transition strategies, active in Asia and globally, with a career spanning three decades in renewable energy project management, sustainable finance, and corporate restructuring for clean energy companies. Kurt began his career in the US managing renewable projects including hydro, biomass, geothermal, RNG, and wind, later serving as an advisor for pioneering biofuel companies and as CEO/CRO for a firm producing sustainable alternatives to petroleum-based lubricants.

Alke Haesra

Alke Haesra is sustainable finance specialist with experience advising governments, financial institutions, and development partners on climate finance, blended finance, and infrastructure investment. At AIGCC, Alke is responsible in implementing the AIGCC regional and international policy agenda. Alke is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Alke has more than 10 years of advising sustainable finance ecosystem for regulators at both public financing and market mechanism including energy transition financing, sustainability disclosure, innovative financing instruments, and sustainable finance taxonomies.

Davina Ho

Davina Ho is a sustainability and investment professional with over 15 years of experience across asset management, ESG integration, and climate finance. At AIGCC, she leads our work on investor transition planning across both global initiatives and implementation across Asian markets, while strengthening the investor based in Singapore. Prior to joining AIGCC, Davina was a founding team member at Panarchy Partners, an ESG-focused fund manager in Singapore, where she was the Stewardship and Partnership Officer.

Miles Wu

Miles is based in Sydney where he leads technical delivery across the Net Zero Asset Managers initiative (NZAM) and other global initiatives. His work focuses on portfolio-level target setting, governance integration and translating international frameworks into regional practice across Asia-Pacific. Miles began his career in investment management in Hong Kong, before transitioning into regulatory advocacy and ESG research.

Rickdy Vanduwin

Rickdy is an Analyst in the Investor Practice team at AIGCC, where he leads the organisation’s flagship report, State of Investor Climate Transition in Asia, and the annual member survey. He is based in the Netherlands.

Martina Chow

Martina is a Policy Analyst with AIGCC’s Just Transition Working Group. She is based out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Nitish Ranjan

Nitish Ranjan advises AIGCC’s work on steel decarbonization. He supports the development of strategies and action plans that bring together key stakeholders to align around net zero pathways for the region’s steel ecosystem.

Cammie Koh

Cammie advises AIGCC’s work on energy transition for the Oil & Gas sector. She brings her industry expertise into advice for practical and necessary action to meet climate ambitions for the sector and will be supporting investors on relevant engagements.

Yi Shi

Yi Shi is Senior Manager, Investor Practice at AIGCC, bringing practical investment expertise with deep understanding of sustainability issues. She drives AIGCC’s China investor practice initiatives to build capacity around broader sustainable investing themes

Minako Takaba

Minako is the Japan Country Head at AIGCC. She is responsible for developing and implementing AIGCC’s energy transition initiatives across all programs in Japan. She collaborates closely with policymakers, domestic and international investors, and other stakeholders to achieve AIGCC’s mission of energy transition. She joined AIGCC in January 2025, bringing 17 years of experience in ESG and sustainable investment from her roles at an ESG rating agency and asset management companies.
