Serena manages collaborative investor programs across Asia that build capacity around climate integration into investment portfolios. She leads 2 thematic workstreams within AIGCC’s broader initiatives: the Asset Owners Programme, focused on scaling climate-led investments, and the Energy Transition workstream that explores investment opportunities and barriers in coal-to-clean transition (replacement with renewables) and that supports the Asian Utilities Engagement Program (AUEP).

Prior to joining AIGCC, Serena was Head of ESG Research and Innovation at Turnkey Group Limited, an ESG SaaS and advisory services company. She completed her MSc in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Bristol, UK, and her BA from the University of British Columbia, Canada. Serena is also a Certified ESG Analyst (CESGA) under the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS).
