背景：在2022年11月中国证监会制定并印发《推动提高上市公司质量三年行动方案（2022-2025）》之后一年多后，2024年2月8日，中国三大证券交易所（沪深北交易所）同时发布《上市公司监管指引可持续发展报告（试行）（征求意见稿）》，旨在规范上市公司与可持续相关的披露，并为上市公司考虑与可持续相关的绩效和影响提供指导。亚洲投资者气候变化联盟很高兴看到中国在新年伊始在此方面迈出了至关重要的一步，也在意见征询截止日期之前及时提交了反馈建议，藉以协力推动完善中国可持续发展相关披露工作。

总体而言，虽然前路依然漫长，但去年倡议的三个目标均取得持续进展，77%的重点公司现承诺在2050年或之前至少实现范围一和范围二净零排放，93%的重点公司在董事会下设委员会对气候变化风险和机遇进行监督，90%的重点公司明确承诺按照TCFD建议进行披露。
