Yi Shi is Senior Manager, Investor Practice at AIGCC, bringing practical investment expertise with deep understanding of sustainability issues. She drives AIGCC’s China investor practice initiatives to build capacity around broader sustainable investing themes. She delicate to increase capital flow towards sustainable economic activities, and to advancing China’s climate transition.
Yi brings over 13 years of experience in asset management industry, previously in portfolio management, ESG and sustainable investment, with a focus on Greater China. Most recently, Yi served at Neuberger Berman, where she led China-focused ESG research and co-managed ESG-integrated investment strategies. She contributed to the NB China A UCITS Fund, recognized for its strong performance with Mercer’s top-tier rating.
Her career started at JP Morgan Chase in the U.S., and spans asset management roles across Hong Kong and Shanghai. Yi holds an MBA from the University of Dayton and the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
