Miles Wu

Miles is based in Sydney where he leads technical delivery across the Net Zero Asset Managers initiative (NZAM) and other global initiatives. His work focuses on portfolio-level target setting, governance integration and translating international frameworks into regional practice across Asia-Pacific.

Miles began his career in investment management in Hong Kong, before transitioning into regulatory advocacy and ESG research. Most recently, he oversaw ESG strategy, investment governance and climate policy integration at a public sector pension fund in Australia, embedding net-zero commitments across a $38B portfolio.

With a decade of experience in the financial industry, Miles holds a Master of Political Economy from the University of Sydney, during which he went on an exchange to Tsinghua University. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University. Miles is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
