The Asia Investor Group on Climate Change (AIGCC) and the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) jointly invite you to a webinar on the roles of investors and policymakers in navigating the evolving adaptation landscape and scaling up adaptation finance across Asia to strengthen climate resilience.
As the risks posed by climate change continue to intensify, investors and policymakers must find new ways to accelerate investment in climate adaptation.
The webinar will provide an overview of key findings from AIGCC’s latest report on Financing Asia’s National Adaptation Plans and CISL’s “Investing in Tomorrow” guide to building climate-resilient investment portfolios.
A panel consisting of institutional investors, climate finance experts and policymakers will also discuss:
- how investors can engage with National Adaptation Plans (NAPs) to drive capital towards adaptation and resilience.
- how investors can integrate climate risks into investment decision-making and build climate resilient portfolios.
- how collaborations among investors and policymakers can collectively bridge policy-private sector gaps to facilitate adaptation information flows and enable investible adaptation project pipelines.
We look forward to your participation. If there are any questions, please reach us by email at info@aigcc.net.
